I need some help to boost a strong shoulder workout, and any kind advise in what shoulder training should I go for and how many sets will be hugely appreciated :-)

Shoulder Press - 2x5, 1x12
Side Lateral - 1x8
Rear Lateral - 1x8

All sets to failure.

Do you have a shoulder routine right now and if so, what does it look like. It sounds like you either want to make your shoulders a priority or that they are lagging. In either case, do them first in your workout when they are the freshest!

If you build it they will come

I use to do WAY to much shoulder work, you need to remember that your shoulders are involved in almost all upper body work so they realy don't need alot of work.
You could go with something like SuperCack said, use a heavy weight with low reps.

I agree with this, except I do a few more sets.

seriously that looks but but like scotty said.... Shoulders get a heck of a workout with other exercises... so Supreme.. do you that routine as a stand alone or with other work???

By the way I'm so pissed at my lazy ass for not getting up this morning and working out.. today was leg day and I was supposed to do it this morning at 6:30am but was to lazy to get out of bed in time...

You're correct, shoulders get used/worked in almost every upper body movement.

However, when I focus on my shoulders, I am only isolating the medial head. I feel that the anterior gets enough work with chest, and the posterior gets enough with back work-outs.

I only do pressses and lateral raises once per week. And I guarantee you that my shoulders are twice the size of TheSupremeBeing's!

Well I feel as my front delts and medial do much more work then posterior. So I train them on back day and also on shoulder day.
Do posterior delt get enough work when doing back exercises, as the front ones do with chest?
I do DB press, front raise, lateral raise, and bent over laterals for posterior delt..
