A great shoulder exercise is clean and jerk or otherwise known as pushpress.You pick the bar up from the ground and clean it up to shoulder height then bend the knees slightly and explode back up and press the bar overhead.Its a great exercise for building big shoulders and overall power.j rizz said:what are the best shoulder/delt building excersises??
