Is <FONT size="5"><FONT COLOR="orange">shrimp</FONT c></FONT s> good for you?

Not the battered shrimp, just your regular plain shrimp.

Thanks,
Foodio

Shrimp is VERY good for you. Lots of protein (as Junebug noted), just a little bit of fat. Shrimp also has a little cholesterol in it, but it's nothing to worry about. As long as you don't fry your shrimp or let it soak in fatty sauce, it's a very healthy addition to your diet.

Ask Blue and ballast what type of shrimp they like.

Hey,

I???m talking about those small shrimps. I???m eating the ones that are not quite as big as the pinky finger.

Are certain shrimps better for you?

All shrimps are created equal. Some are just bigger than others. The big shrimps usually bully around the smaller ones in the playground.

The ones that are the size of your pinky are medium shrimp (raw). 28g = three or four shrimpages.

Hey. Not too many. Maybe one jumbo shrimp or a couple of large shrimp.
