Alright, I'm a pretty lean guy...about 7-12%, depending on what type of caliper test you use. My question is this...is it possible for a person to be genetically incapable to develop a six-pack? I mean, I would think at my bf%, I would have at least a hint of development, but I have none...zero...zilch...Even when I was younger when I was a toothpick (I was 5'11", the same I am today...but 115 lbs) I had no hint of abs. I train my abs twice a week and a normal week usually looks like this:
Day 1
4x25 crunches
4x12 lying leg raises
Day 2
4x15 Kneeling crunches
4x12 Hanging leg raises
And my diet is pretty clean during the week...but goes to crap over the weekend...but I still remain pretty lean. I will try to post some pics later today...but just wondering is there a possibility I am working for something I'll never achieve.
