abs are the combo of first diet, then training...train abs with heavy weight 8-12 reps for 6 or so sets( incline situps with a 10-25lber behind the head), do cardio a few times a week, most importly eat the no less than every 3 hours the same amount of cals. total daily calories consumed should be no more than u'r maintence needs. drink at less 1 once of water per LB of BW each day. U'r carbs should have a glycemic index less than 30, the lower the beter. Eat no carbs 3 hrs b4 bed. if this don't work in 8 weeks u'll never have a wash board!
