Skinny guy wants get ripped and need HELP!!!

Hi my name is Eduard and I'm 30 years old. By the way thanks for welcoming me to this forum.


My body.


179cm
64 kg


As you can see I'm a skinny/ lean guy, it is very difficult for me to get any weight. I tried shakes etc already nothing did work. Its pretty hard for me as well to build up mussels. So my thought is now, I guess its better for me to get a ripped look than a massive looking look. Therefore I would need some advice in help in where I should start, how I should train and especially what should I eat??


As the internet is absolutely full of informations, and I'm absolutely confused on where to start etc..


I would like to do as well a project here, where I write down my story on what I do and how the process is going with pictures etc?


I have time to go 4 times per week to the gym.

Eat more. It's pretty simple.
 
what does your diet look like?


Well I will actually start my get ripped project from Monday. So so far I just eat what ever I want, and I know that this is not good. Thats why I'm looking for the right diet...
 
At this point if i was you I'd just try to gain weight bro. Eat a clean diet and u won't pack on fat. I was a very hard gainer also. I graduated highschool at 170 and I'm 6'1. I started training hard 3-4 days a week and eating every time I seen food. My advice is to see what your maintanence calories are and eat 500 over that and hit them weights bro. Ull gain weight as long as u eat eat eat and train ur ass off. I can write u a sample diet if ud like

Man this would be awesome for the diet plan. Thanks so so much, more I read more i get motivated to do what I have to do. Trying to figure out my eating timings with my work schedule...:hmmm:
