I'm trying to gain mass and having trouble getting calories in a day. For a meal replacement or whenever; can one have a Slimfast? It has 220 calories, 10 gm protein, but has 40 gm carbs, 34 gm sugars. Or just try something else?

The idea of slim fast was to have a shake for breakfast/lunch and a "sensible" dinner. Based on that alone, you won't be surpassing 800-1000 calories/day. With the simple principal of cals in vs cals out, theoritically, you will initially lose weight until you come off of the slim fast diet, where, like most diets, the lbs will come back with a vengeanceEgoatdoor said:I'm confused.
