Canada used to be so fuckn easy to get the fast acting stuff....the slower stuff is OTC in some states. I would always get mine at my local pharmacy...but when more was needed, most of the Canadian parmacies would ship it...and slin was never a problem for customs. I would try to call some of them...you might have better luck that way.
