I'm coming off a Bulk / Cut phase and just wanted to hold steady or grow a little before I start the next Bulking period.
Read As: I've got my abs back and I don't want them to disappear quite yet, but still want to make progress.
Any Ideas? I'm thinking good old Push / Pull for a month to 6 weeks, and I'm going to add a few more carbs back into the diet (currently 50/35/15-P/C/F in a 2200 cal. diet)
