Hi all,
A little about myself. I used to workout, on a regular basis in the past (long time ago)
Since the years have passed i've found myself eating less, smoking way too many cigarettes, and occasionaly some marijuana. I used to weigh in at approx 160+ pounds, was looking healthy, felt healthy. I wasn't ripped or anything, but i was way better off than i am now.
I currently tip the scales at 140lbs
To get started, today i went and purchased the following:
a bench
Some weights (duh)
Some Xyience Nox-CG3 400g
Whey Protein GNC -> GNC Pro perf Whey ISO Burst.
I would imagine the first step should be to start eating properly. It is something that i am not currently doing, and understand that my DIET will be an integral part of my training.
I wouldimagine i should start off using light weights, until i can build my strenght back up. Fuck, carrying the 100lbs box of weights to the car was more than a challenge. I felt weak, i feel weak.
Man, i'm so pumped to get started, i just don't want to lose my ambition.. or get down on myself when i don't see immediate results, of which i don't expect.
-- How should i take my Nox and Whey, for it to be the most effective? Before or after workouts?
I'm not even sure where to start, I feel like I took the first step, but want to reach level 10 yesterday
I need to start eating properly. I currently don't eat much, the smoking doesn't help. I am stopping the smoke, as i know it will improve my cardio, my overall well being, and my appetite.
Do you guys have any suggestions?
I can probably aquire some M1T,. would this be good, let's say to use after a few weeks? Would i notice great gains... I mean i guess with my skin n bones, i will notice pretty much any weight/muscle gain.
Just wondering what would be the best way to go about this.
i should go read up some more,...
thanks for your help guys.
take care,
lilone
