First, in general is the Smith Bar usually 45 or 35 lbs. Second, how much worse it then using a normal bench press? I had a shoulder injury and right now i don't want to aggravate it, and believe me it didn't. It was a lot easier in fact, and I could do a bit more. But i'm worried that it won't be helpful. But the movements felt great and stable, much better than my typical bench press.
