I'm not hardcore into bodybuilding (yet), so the difference between tuna and egg whites pwo I believe (in my ignorance) to be insignificant to me. What is important for me is eating healthy (snickers notwithstanding

This last Sunday I said 'hmm, I'm eating healthy for 2 months now, no cheats, no deserts... maybe I can try a snickers bar and see if I feel bad, good or whatever. It wasn't a craving, more like a decision to experiment. This is where the question came from.
Ps: I said THE ONLY supplement I take is Omega 3 fish oils
