Totally disagree, so do u guys hurt your backs when doin sitting dumbbell shoulder presses as well?I only do military presses standing, not that I can do the weight you guys are doing but if I sit I mess my back up 100% of the time, standing I do less weight but I can feel everything so I know when to stop.
