Woke up this morning and made a six egg white omelette with cheese and a bagel with a glass of milk. All I have to say is damn those egg whites are hard to get down. I wish I could just drink them and be done with it, but I know you don't get as much protein from raw eggs. It would be nice to just hook up a tube to your stomach and feed your yourself the appropriate diet with the push of a button. Eating takes to long.
 
I have a real hard time with eggs. I just dont really like them. I can force down a 3 scrambled eggs. but then im out for the next couple days. I have no problem drinking the egg whites in a shake. same way with chicken. just really hard to do a chicken breast with nothing to it.

you have to find a balance that works for you. I eat alot of ground beef/turkey/chicken in rice with some type of veggie/corn/bean and some type of flavor maker like salsa or mustard or even some bbq on occasion.
 
So eat a steak instead.. or a burger.. or a twinkie just make sure to thoroughly wash it with soap and water so its clean. You will get the gains and no fat gain. Just make sure its clean

anyway, theres about a bazillion other choices so why eat them if you hate them?
 
The definitely get monotonous and it definitely takes me a while to get them down these days. I find it easier with a little bit of ketchup (a few carbs to consider) or hot sauce (sodium to consider).

I bet if you'd hard boil those eggs, they'd be gone in no time flat And a bowl of oats with fruit. A protein shake shortly after .

Make a shake and put 2-3 whole eggs right in that mofo. Done easy and tasty dispute that you may think... I have a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of protien powder vanilla right in there add a handfuls of walnuts raisins cinnamon and a little honey, down that with a cup of coffee and I'm off to the races. I do that every day just about and on the days I don't then 3 e
Gigs scrambled with some jalape?os a little cheese and throw that in a wrap. Slides right down.
 
I think 6 egg whites is pushing it. Egg whites taste nasty by themselves and some of that yolk is good for you. I'd do a whole egg and 4 or 5 egg whites instead. I feel it improves the taste immeasurably to have even the one yolk in the mix. That's me though.

Straight egg whites are nasty. Eat the whole egg. Its good for you. The yolk has a gram or two of protein, choline, and some trace minerals and vitamins.
 
The yolks are better for you than previously thought. Each part of the egg has a portion of the whole complete protein profile. I never eat egg whites only. The cholesterol is healthy and natural. I'm rambling but its the truth...
 
When it comes to eggs it is better to just eat the entire egg. The yolk has some great benefits to it and it really is a decent amount of protein in both the white part of the egg as well as the yolk. I usually eat around 4 eggs per day three days a week. I enjoy them with hot sauce and cheese added to them. They are hard to stomach alone so I like to add spinach to them as well for a healthy snack. I really think that you should consider the many benefits of the entire egg instead of just the whites.

you two are nuts. eggs are not delish and it give me room clearing gas. smoother it in holandaise sauce with some Canadian bacon and a muffin and Im in. other then that Im chocking them down.
 
Eggs can be made delicious if prepared correctly. I really do love my eggs with cheese but Im starting to also like to make scrambles with hashbrowns and meat. It really does the body good. I usually scramble 5 eggs. I really do think there are plenty of reasons to eat eggs but as a weight lifter we all just have to choke them down. Who lifts and doesn't eat eggs? I mean really come on. Bodybuilders eat tons of eggs too.
 
I eat around 10-12 whole eggs every week and my cholesterol is well in the normal range. Fuck egg whites. That is on a CKD type diet. During the week for convenience I have 2-3 hard boiled eggs a day. Usually two in the morning, and one in salad with hearts of romaine and low cal italian dressing. Scrambled eggs with 1 oz cheese, cherry tomatoes, some green olives, and broccoli, are delicious!

Well if you want to lurk then do that, (read without speaking) second if your going to throw around your extensive knowledge back it the hell up. You are giving generally short stupid answers that for a new person starting out in this game as that guy is can easily set them down the wrong path.

Now we can discuss nutritionally dense versus empty calories until were both blue in the face and what is that going to achieve other than prove you have a clue or not. so lets make it fun. Lets discuss gears, lets discuss fitness routines, hell lets have a little competition since your soo experienced and everyone else is stupid.

Post up your cycle history post up some pics prove us wrong. As a matter of fact lets start a new thread in the proper forum and we can have a little competition. say in 30 days we put up after pics and let the members vote on who is in better shape. We could run logs and everything. You'll get all the discussion you want that way. I would say we keep it out of Anything Goes for now (not sure your fragile ego could handle it) if your game lets do this. If you loose stop being a DICK and leave or just troll, and if I loose I'll buy you a cycle of gear up to 12 weeks 2 compounds your choice of product, but you have to log it. I am not anything too special but I'm pretty sure I can take you on this one. Go have another cheeseburger from McDonalds you need to get those macros up .

Not sure if srs. Lets race to the lamp post and back last one to cross the finish line has to go to the prom in an evening gown. If i remember correctly i made general posts about the whole clean and dirty foods topic and some tren jokes and you got all worked up insisting that if one uses gear one must be fully researched on the topic and that diet and training were far more important and i think i loled.

but anyway now that the history of all of our posts is out of the way, i am getting surgery on aug 29 for a torn acl torned medial and lateral miniscus and a femural fracture thats about 1 in h and they cant find the piece of bone on the xray

Your right my meme experience is minimal. And I may have used the wrong "your". Not sure where the tough guy comment came from. I simply thought you were being excessive. Either way this forum is not the place to efight. Ill extend an invitation to AG if you would like to continue this.
