Im now 207lbs and I was just wondering if I have to lose weight in order to get cut. If I get off my bulking diet and work on a mantainance diet can I gradually go from good size/strong looking to a more defined look without loosing any weight?

yes but it will take time...
I never bulked up....just grew slowly every year and the wasit was 32 every year...

So if I only care about looking good during the summer months (I live in Buffalo) then theres no need to cut and lose weight?

You do not have to cut if you do not want to... Just pull back your calories to maintainence calories and stay at the weight you are. If your BF is high and you just maintain a good training consistantly and good diet then you will probably slowly be able to decrease your BF% without 'cutting'.

Or, once it gets closer to summer, then you could do a few weeks of a 'mini cut' if you need to.

So if Im 210 I need to eat about 3,700 calories to mantain. How many calories are burned when working out?

No one can tell you that for sure.

Cals burnt through workouts depens on what you do, how long you do it, your fitness your bodies 'thriftiness' at doing that exercise, your size, your BF%, your age, your underlying genetics etc etc...
