If you have set out to, and accomplished a 6 pack I want to hear from you! Tell us your secret!

Tell us about your starting point and what you did to accomplish your goal. Please refrain from generic responses like "diet" or "handwork". If diet was the key to your 6 pack please provide some insight as to your specific diet or list some foods you ate. If HIIT cardio or running before breakfast or P90x was the key to your success post it!

What kind of cardio do you do? What kind of ab workouts? How long did it take to get that 6 pack poppin?

stairmaster various times per week as needed
Fish and veggies for dinner everynight
plenty of complex carbs early in the day usually, I limit the fat on these days
plenty of good fats when carbs are low, don't be scared to eat fat
plenty of protein everyday, 2 grams per lb of body weight is a good target daily
No less than a gallon of water daily
Break a sweat every time you train.

I'll let you know when I get there.

Good info! Thanks for your response.

Dropped from 16-17% down to 6% in 16 weeks. HIIT cardio 4-5x a week. IIFYM style dieting the whole time. Didn't suffer to bad.. Never dropped below 190 carbs! :)

Cable crunches and incline crunches on the weight side. As for diet, I typically run around 40-30-30 (carbs-protein-fat); I measure/weigh everything. I really don't do cardio per say, but I do take my dogs out for 3-5 mile walks on a regular basis with a couple 5-10 miles hikes throughout the month.

Carb cycling. Cardio 4 times total over 12 weeks. Only hit abs the final 4 weeks or so.

Early morning cardio on a stairmaster, and lots of fish. In other words misery

Add some clen, t3 and gh (don't I owe you some from a trade?). I guarantee you'd do less cardio. Even at my lowest I was eating 3200cals.

All would be helpful In my ab acquisition. I'm on and off clen all year round. It's my best friend and worst enemy. I'm a little anxiety prone and clen seems to draw it out of me. T3 I avoid Most of the year. I use it as my last tool.
And i believe your right about the hgh...;)
