Fine. The only time you want to be careful with it is if:
1. you have a history of hypertension (high blood pressure)
2. you have kidney or heart disease
3. you are a few weeks out from a competition.
A little extra sodium can be very handy in most cutting routines. If you are doing lots of cardio you will need more (because you sweat it out), if you are drinking lots of water you will need more (because you pee it out) and it will also help with energy levels which means you can work out to a greater efficiency (= more calories burnt and better muscle sparing capacity).
