This sounds weird, but I have had "soft" bowel movements since I got back into lifting and taking control of my diet. I eat a lot of fiber everyday. More than i realized...I won't post my exact diet, but I eat brown rice everyday, an apple everyday and at least one cup of broccoli everyday. Is this doing it? I never had this problem a couple of years ago. ON Whey and Bulk's CEE are the only supps taken. CEE only on lifting days. I don't think it's the CEE because this started well after I started it and more inline with my fiber consumption. Someone help...this is tearin' the ass out of me.

Well - it depends on what you are considering 'abnormal' is actually 'abnormal'.

You may have just been so unhealthy before (and on such a low fibre intake) that, now you are actually getting some fibre in your diet, you think that your now normal movements are 'abnormal' (where as it has just become 'normal'!!)

But just eating 1 apple, a few cups of broccoli and some brown rice is not going to be a 'huge' amount of fibre - it is certainly not enough to cause you intestinal 'issues'. You woulf have to be eating a LOT more fibre a day before should get real issues (upward of 70 odd grams). I know a lot of people eating around 50-60g per ay and they have no real issues.

Did you introuce something into your diet at the same time that your body does not agree with - eg: did you only then start whey powder?

Let. Down.

The only real way to test if it is truly to soft is to eat your poop. If should taste a little like warm hazlenut ice cream.

Sorry if I just ruined eating hazlenut ice cream for anyone for the remainder of their lives.
