Im going to help you out for real even tho I shouldn't and there is plenty of information on this. When I was young and stupid I ran a deca only cycle like a cunt. Killed my dick.. I did a deca only as well; with 10mg?200 blue hearts... it sucked.

It was so stupid.. like deca @ 500mg ew for wks 1-4, & dbol was taken @ random doses for wks 1-6 or maybe 1-7, or 1-8?

Plus a bunk PH, with like 8 tabs of 20mg HG tamox, & some shitty otc pct supps.... the ones sold by prohormone companies...

It was years ago and I was broke and lazy.

I gained about 21+ pounds of sloppy ass weight, had major deca penis, felt like ass, had no energy, and had oily sweats 24/7.... good ass gear wasted on a bullshit n00b cycle for 21 sloppy pounds with a shit pct I lost all that sloppy weight slowly over 8 wks time exactly....ran nolva @ 10mg for days 1-16 ran the otc ptc stuff for days 1-30.
