Hey all,
I am currently 6'5" and 195lbs and I am trying to build mass. I have been reading through a lot of the posts, and it can get confusing! Up until yesterday I was eating nothing but chicken breast sandwhiches. Then I found out about turkey burgers and dogs, so I bought some of them(which are darn good!). I am still unsure about what I am supposed to be watching as far as fats and proteins and calories. For instance, I ate two (outdoor grilled)turkey burgers with lettuce and mayo, peas, corn, and string beans...is that a good dinner?
Is there some type of chart that lists how many grams of each substance our bodies need a day? I understand that there are healthy meals listed on the site, but how do I know if I am eating as much as I need to be, or if I am eating to much of one thing. I am a pretty smart guy, but learning which foods do what, and what fats are good, etc...while learning how to properly lift and about all of the muscles at once is getting pretty confusing, lol.
Are there certain systems that people use, so they know exactly what-is-what each day?
Thanks,
Chuck
