Hi im Daniel, im 18 and trying to build and define muscle generally.
I have been doing mixed training for a year eg: bench pressing, dumb bells, press ups, sit ups, leg rises, squats. I have been eating 2,500 calories a day high protein diet.

I so far have not been able to achieve significant results in my opinion.

Please can I have some advice from those more experienced

Prehaps some really good tips

I would give that info a few reads, let it sink in, then see if you can answer your own questions. They contain some great info on how to workout properly. Once you're done with those theres a wealth of other stickied threads, and articles on training/diet/supplements on the main IronMagazine.com website.

What's your weight? You eat more then your BMR is? BMR is your weight in pounds multiplied by 18. Then add 500 cals to gain muscle...
