someone please help !!! diet !!

ook so first off im a 6'5 220 pound basketball player ... i have bulked to 245 and cut down to 220 and kept the muscle i wanted. i need help figuring the right diet to lose the little stubbor body fat i have left.... right now i eat 6 meals aday and workout twice a day. weight session and then bball training.. im also gettin cardio in many forms.... will someone look at what ive given and help me finally get riped again.... if u need more info just ask...thx fellas
 
diet.....

morning. 1-2 cup oatmeal, 3 egg whites midmorning snack... protein shake lunch.. cicken breast and wheat noodles.. post workout .. protein shake and carb powder.... dinner.. chicken, wheat wrap, veggies...

What you eat is not what you should focus on, the goal is to hit your target numbers in terms of cals and macs.

Listen to Built, do what she says, even if you disagree with what she tells you to do, it will make sense eventually. And count yourself lucky that you getting this level of expertise for free.

i agree

what you eat is not so important as far as bodyfat and weight are concerned
its the NUMBERS that count

for health purposes i could build a fairly strong argument that what you eat is important..

but then again
bodyfat plays a significant role in overall health


right now we are concerned with calories and macro nutrients
