Hi all,
Is it unusual for your weight to either stay the same or go slightly higher in the first week and a half of a cut? I always thought you drop more initially?
I'm running 200 calories less than my last cut which i started off with at roughly the same start weight of 160lbs.
Last time round i started from 164lbs ~23%bf and went down to 140lbs at ~14%bf based on a diet of 2000 cals over 10 or 12 weeks (can't remember exactly).
Current avg macros are 1800cals 62.65g F 107.51 C 190.63P.
Diet is clean with the least 'clean' items being a tablespoon of greek yogurt which i use for my dressing and pickles (which are with home made with an artifical sweetner added).
I currently carb cycle as per Builts advice so on training days i run higher carbs and less on non training days. Training regime is Built's Baby Got Back.
I'm 160lbs now ~ 20-23% bf.
Last time round it all went great. Not sure what iI'm doing wrong this time?
