I'm hoping someone can help me with advice. About a year ago i was training hard, i was in great shape and feeling very strong then all of a sudden i started losing strength, especially in the right side of my body. I mean everything, my delt, pec, tri, bi, lat, quad and calf. Now whenever i lift eg. bench, the left pumps with ease while the right struggles to get anything, even with dumbbell press. I've figured out that i have mild scoliosis that i might of made worse by all the heavy deads and squats but i'm hoping that someone else has had this problem and managed to fix it. I haven't trained properly in more then a year now!!!!
