I was waiting for your input bro :P , I know you're a supporter of coming off even after long cycles. Give it to me straight, if I just say fuck the test and grab some clomid/aromasin how long should it take me to start feeling normal again?

And yes I'm definitely going back to school, that was always in the works I just put it off too long lol

I can't give you a definitive on how long it will take. When I was in my 20s I did a lot of deca and when I finally came off it took a while to recover. Frankly it took over a year. Other times I have recovered in less than 3 months. It's not possible to predict with any certainly. Back in the 80s we didn't use any PCT and eventually most of us would recover in time. It's a waiting game. IMO all you really need is 50 mg/d of Clomid or 20 mg/d of Nolvadex for 30 days and that's it. You can get a bottle of research grade clomid or nolva pretty cheap. I just keep it simple. If you cycle again use hCG on cycle. It makes recovery much easier.

Holy fuck, a year... I don't think I can handle that to be honest

I know EP can get me some clomid/nolva in a few days so I'm gonna hold out til that's my last option, thx for the advice though

You're shoulders are fucked anyway. You of course, and typically, are assuming the worst case scenario.

that is true, I haven't even gotten the MRI yet, but I don't see this being anything minor

I put up with it for six months or more the first time and it got progressively worse, stopped lifting for over a year and the pain went, but the "instability" and clicking etc. continued. As soon as I started lifting again it was back just as bad as ever, so I don't see just taking time off healing this. I've tried all the exercises for rotator cuffs, impingement etc. and nothing's helped. I will update when I know for sure what's up though

Feel sorry for you bro! But Im sure you will be fine in awhile. You know what they say, after rain theres always sunshine:)
Hang inthere bro! I wish you all the best!

Sorry to hear of your problems bro. All the best to you man.

IMHO posts like this are what really help. Hopefully others will learn from your mistakes!
