I like being sore the next morning makes me feel good lol. But some just recently told me that soreness means you worked out incorrectly or over trained. I don't really believe that at all, just wanted to ask you guys see what you thought

Is it good thing or a bad thing. I'm usaully sore about 1-2 days (chest and back), legs like 3 days (god i hate legs) and shoulders and arms im bearly ever sore. Is there anything wrong with being sore like that??

Some people would say I over training because I pyramid up and pyramid down on my exercises. I pretty much push just short of vomiting most of the time. It's hard to get sore anymore but I try. I don't care if getting sore is good or bad, I like it.

Not getting sore is for slackers, roid takers, and people that like to read about the gym more than go, IMHO.

Soreness is just a result from microscopic tears to the muscle fibers. Usually from the eccentric or lowering portion of the lift. It's nothing to be worried about

ok cool cause i love working hard and gettin sore. Makes me feel good, soreness is for champions.

that's not true dude, you can push yourself very hard, and have a great workout, but not be sore.

Although I am very sore today from yesterdays workout :D

Yeeahhh i am supper sore today, last night i went to the gym, did legs-triceps-biceps and ran for an hour......today i got up and barelly could move!
But, i did workout,abs-back-chest....and ran

sounds like you don't know what the hell you're doing dude

What you were told is not true. However, you should definitely make sure you can distinguish between typical muscle soreness (DOMS) and some kind of injury.
