After bench pressing, dumbell press, or any other type of chest workout. I get soreness in the joint connecting the pec to the delts. I have rounded shoulders do to bad posture
. So I don't know if this is the cause of that. Is this a normal place to get sore. I've been lifting since high school, but as time as gone on lol Ive started to listen to my body more due to the fact that I don't heal as fast. Any help would be appreciated.
