I'm 40 yrs old, lifting seriously for 8 years, 4 days week. 6'1" 200lbs. ecto
I'm looking for some nice slow maintainable gains here and as long of cycle as I can. How long can I safely run this combo? What type of PCT would you recommend at the end the cycle?
