I have run them together but I like to keep total oral mg at 100mg or lower so 50mg anavar and 50mg winny daily is as high as I would go.

Liver protection and cycle support is a must though.

Liv 52 is the right stuff. Multi, Omega 3 and hydration are all good additions. I added liv 52 about 2 weeks ago because of high AST and ALT. Should be interesting to see my next labs. The draw is in the AM.
