ok i know milk is really good to have for your PWO shake.

But i also know that milk is bad for you because of all the 'extras' you get with it.

So if i use soy milk instead will it be as good for PWO shake? or is it missing some of those special things?

I'd stick to the regular milk.

Rice milk for me. I also like soy ice cream. I limit my soy because if I have to much BoneCrusher and Pfunk start to look very sexy.

if u like having man boobs and lots of estrogen id go for the soy.
Dont be all OTT about the 'extras' in normal milk, ive been drinking shitloads of it everyday ever since i can remember and im in shape and healthy and any 1 else that drinks it regularly and isnt lactose intolerant knows that all the shit they say how bad skim milk is for u knows that thats a bunch of baloni.

Me too. You make it or buy it? I like to make mine and add cinnamon ... fricking delicious in a blender with ice. It's sooo cheap to make too.

i thought you lived on an organic farm or something sensimalla.

Also you get man boobs from soy? I'm a vegetarian and I eat soy products everyday, I definitely dont have man boobs... i just checked :P

do you need to consume an obscene amount of soy to get moobs? <-- man boobs

Knowing what I now know, I won't be touching Soy Milk or any other type of Soy for the rest of my life.

ok.. i also know that soy milk has just as much IGH1 as normal milk (which is one of the biggest problems with normal milk). So what if i buy 'organic' milk or soy milk. Will it still contain this growth hormone?

If you want to keep drinking milk, I'd recommend buying Organic milk. Not soy.
