OKAY HERE'S THE DEAL ... IM LOOKING TO LOSE A CONSIDERAL AMOUNT OF BODY FAT ABOUT 20-30 POUNDS ... BUT GAIN AT LEAST 20 POUNDS BACK IN MUSCLE ... I HAVE ABOUT 7 MONTHS FOR THIS ... ALSO IF THIS HELPS IM SPECIFICALY TRAINING FOR STRENGTH AND SPEED ... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO .... IM GUESSING HIGH PROTEIN EXTREMLY LOW CARBS SO ON ... SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP
 
My advice:

Cut first.

Bulk later.


If you wanted to get it off quickly (and painfully) then look into doing a few cycles of a PSMF ( www.bodyrecomposition.com ).

But you could try a less severe approach too (moderation is generally the key to long term success). But still do a keto type system...

But - if you are training for strength and speed then carbs are your friend and doing anything really low carb is just going to be really stupid. So you may want to just thing about doing a good, slow cut with a moderate intake of carbs, a good amount of protein and a healthy intake of fats.
