Sperm test resulted in no swimmers. Help!

I am discontinuing the use of 50mg clomid eod and switching to 1000iu hcg 3x per week on monday and 1/2cc test cyp 1x per week. The sided effects of the clomid is not worth my mental health. I have battled depression all my life but i have never needed medication to snap out of it because i can normally power through it. This time, the clomid was really messing with my head. Issues that i have dealt with in the past and gotten over resurfaced and became almost debilitating. My boss is even concerned and said something to me.

YMMV with clomid but i found out it just will not work for a long period of time with me.
 
Well nolvadex helps boost LH and FSH while being your AI as well. It would be better than adex for your PCT purposes.
 
I would have bought the wrong one. Especially when you buy two get one free!

it has kept my E levels managed though. Last test showed it to be a 42.
 
You could come off the clomid and just let the body recover on its own. If you do go back on test and hcg try to find some hmg too, that should help bigtime. If you could get a script for it that wpuld ne great, probably very pricey.
 
My problem is every doctor in my area that specializes in hormone or testosterone replacement is booked 2 months out. I made an appointment with an endo but it won't be until mid September before I get to see her. She is an endo that specializes in fertility. In the mean time, I am on my own and trying to fix myself with the help of you guys and reading and studying as much as I can.
 
I sure hope so. Part of me is really apprehensive about going back on test because it did shut me down. But the science is there to prove hcg can stop the problem.

I thought so as well. Dudes are hanging low again. I am interested to see what my endocrinologist says next month after I blast hcg and test.

LOL basically what he is saying that his idea of "comming off" is hitting super doses of HCG which is no different to your brain than testosterone. Bottom line is HCG does suppress your HTPA (not testis). With out your htpa your body cant produce the homones necessary to be "natural". basicaly he has never come off cycle. He might be fertile but his htpa is shit just like mine. Also he says that testosterone sends a signal to shut down your testis and that is not right. Testosterone stops the release of lh and fsh which is the signal to produce test and sperm which is different because the purpose of taking hcg on cycle is to keep your sperm production up, not keep you HTPA functioning. Basically he stated it in his video... he does not read, coming up with his own conclusions when he can barely speak proper English with correct verbiage. He is a ripped moron. Basically he is no different than ronnie coleman selling protein... want to look like me buy my protein.
 
my real world experience, on HRT for a few years then we decided to try and have another kid. Not much luck at first, thought I was going to have to come off HRT. Anyway, before I did I ran HCG 1000iu/day for 2 weeks then 5 days of HMG 150iu day.
So anyway it worked for me got the wife preg so we have a little one on the way and I did not have to stop HRT.

That is awesome news man. HMG seems to be a little harder to get than the HCG. Where were you able to get yours or did you go through your doctor?
 
An update; feeling more like myself again. Hcg injections are going good and I got some bsp tada. Wife can't keep up and this month's D-day is next Wed or Thurs. It looks like I might up the tada a little to keep up.
 
Well, I was supposed to have an endocrinologist appointment a couple days ago but they canceled. I waited 3 months and they cancel a couple days before. Fucking pissed to no end. I do have a urologist appointment today and they are going to see if the 21 day course of antibiotics cleared up my infection in my semen. Will update later today on what they say.
 
Sorry it's been awhile. I went to the urologist. Waited 2 hours for a seven minute consultation. He looked at my reports and said nothing was wrong. He also asked why I was on trt to begin with. I said I was at 212ng/dl and was low. He said what was your test results and I showed him. 1164 and you would have thought I killed someone by the look on his face. He said you should never go above 600. it was a shit sandwich and I am still looking for a reputable doctor who doesn't have a 6 month wait for new patients. I am going to start doing my own blood work and going at things alone here pretty quick.
