Spinache Question...
Is there any value in Spinache.

I usually have about 600g a week of Spinache.

Besides Pop Eye living from it. can i continue eating Spinache without any harm being done to my Low Carb High protein diet to drop fat.

SMOKIN

Nutritional Value:
Spinach is fat and cholesterol free and is low in calories. It is a good source of fiber and magnesium, and is high in vitamin A and C, iron and folate.

I think you're pretty safe with eating veggies and dropping fat.

Spinach is an excellent veggie. I have always said that deep greens are the best veggies. They are full of antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. Plus, Olive Oyl will love ya...can't say the same about Brutus though...

I guess we never saw POPEYE!!!

I agree with everyone here, spinach is perhaps one of the best leafy greens you can get.

However, it's pretty hard to grow, ship to the store and still have it look pretty. Because of this, it has some of the highest concentrations of pesticides on it when conpared to other veggies. Eat as much as you want, just make sure you clean it throughly.
