split for gopro's program?

And btw Gopro... does it matter whether or not you vary the excercises from Rep week to shock week etc. or can you just stick with e.g. Skulls, tri dips and tri cable push downs for triceps every week no matter if it's shock, rep or power week?

Full body is more maintenance and cardio. Not so much for building size from my understanding.

If you take a look, you'll notice the arrangement of Compound movements and isolation movements, its ok to change the exercises but try to keep the same order.

Not the fact that its more Compound but that (if I'm thinking the right ones) there is a isolation movement THEN a compound movement.
The same thing goes with the super sets, just keep the compound/ isolation in the same order, changing the exercises is fine.

For power week it is best to use compound lifts almost exclusively.

For rep range week you can use a combo.

For shock week we use pre exhaust supersets...isolation followed by a compound. Then we use a drop set...this is your choice (plate loaded machines and dumbells work well b/c the drop in weight is easy).

The more years you have lifting, the more variety you need in the actual exercises. For those with less experience, much of the same movements can be used week to week as the change in "training protocols" will be enough to stimulate growth.
