okay, my current workout isn't working, i need a new split. i work out monday through friday. i how do you guys suggest i split my routine? what do you guys use for 5 day splits?
Why isn't your current routine working?
Not increasing in size/weight? Did you ever consider maybe your 5 day straight routine is to much? Whats your diet and rest like?
There's no point in us giving you a new routine till you figure out why your current one isn't working.
