Split help

okay, my current workout isn't working, i need a new split. i work out monday through friday. i how do you guys suggest i split my routine? what do you guys use for 5 day splits?
 
Try this:

Monday - Chest / Triceps / Calves
Tuesday - Back / Biceps
Wednesday - Quads / Hams
Thursday - Shoulders / Calves
Friday - Arms

OR

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms

If you choose the first suggestion make sure you only add a couple sets of bis/tris to the first two days. BUT hit arms hard on Friday.

With both splits train abs 3 times per week...say Monday/Wednesday/Friday
 
Why isn't your current routine working?
Not increasing in size/weight? Did you ever consider maybe your 5 day straight routine is to much? Whats your diet and rest like?

There's no point in us giving you a new routine till you figure out why your current one isn't working.

yeah i think i was overtraining, im gonna restagger my lifts.
