Firstly, should I do them on my lower push or lower pull day?
Secondly, I feel completely off balance with my right leg, but I have no problem with my left.
Does anyone know the cause of this and how I can correct it, or is it just something I get used to over time?
(I've only just started doing split squats, but I have the same problem with lunges, so i don't think it's the fact that I'm new to them)
