I know it will be better to change the training routine once in a while so your body won't feel 'bored' over it. So this is what I thought off, for my Chest workout, and how will I change them every week.
Week 1- Flat Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Press, Alternate choice of either Crossovers or Pec Decks
Week 2- Cable Crossovers, Pec Decks, Machine Chest Press
Week 3- Giant sets of regular, decline, and close grip pushups, followed by flat dumbbell press.
Repeat from week 1
Does that look OK?
