Do spot injections make that part grow bigger faster? Also do you use a certain ester/ hormone?

Imo no unless using synthol and then you really have to be careful as one mistake can kill you. Some people share by spot injections but from my own use no.

I don't think so myself, but I know afew NPC guys that say the answer is yes, I've never done it, so I really can't say...

Esterified compounds do not have localized action.

The ester bond must be broken (by the liver) and then the free molecule is available for use.

Considering the above, test suspension (free test, no ester) would theoretically work for spot injections (stimulate localized growth) but test enanthate would not?

Hopefully someone will confirm or correct the above statements.

i sincerely doubt it, unless you are injecting enough gear to stretch the fascia

it goes systemic, other than irritation and swelling.. i think its BS for the most part.
