I have been asked by a few member to post a video of me performing squats.

What do I focus on?
I like to keep reps between 6-12 most of the time. Sometimes I will shock the legs and go as high as 20-30 reps until I max out at a set a 6-8 reps.

I like to keep constant tension (as much as possible when I can).

Get low, no half-ass squats.

I tend to no lift heavy too often as I like to focus more on technique, form, and feeling the weight.

In all honesty, the best part of these videos in the last seconds of the bottom video with 315. Notice the hand shake and showing the respect to others in the gym. No matter where you are or what you are doing, it is great to show gratitude to others.

Nice videos man. I have my arms the same way that you do when I squat. For some reason I am not limber enough to put them where most people do.

nice vids bro! i've actually never seen that arm position haha, thats what happen when you train in a home gym.

I have no choice but to keep my arm in that position. My pacemaker limits what I can do sometimes
