I have been asked by a few member to post a video of me performing squats.
What do I focus on?
I like to keep reps between 6-12 most of the time. Sometimes I will shock the legs and go as high as 20-30 reps until I max out at a set a 6-8 reps.
I like to keep constant tension (as much as possible when I can).
Get low, no half-ass squats.
I tend to no lift heavy too often as I like to focus more on technique, form, and feeling the weight.
In all honesty, the best part of these videos in the last seconds of the bottom video with 315. Notice the hand shake and showing the respect to others in the gym. No matter where you are or what you are doing, it is great to show gratitude to others.
