I've squatted 600 and pulled 650x2 @225.But I've also geared my training towards developing strength for the past 3yrs. w/ the occassional 6 week bodybuilding type routine to mix it up a bit.
I think you'd guys be amazed what you could do if you hook up with the right people to teach you right from wrong and stop the bad habits before they form.
