Is it better to do a bunch of squats in a row, or sets? Whenever I do them I do 3 sets of 8. Should I try doing like 3 sets of 17? Or possibly just keep going untill I cant take the burn in my legs??

P-funk said:super squats isn't high volume. It is high intenstiy training however. That program is so damn good. it will kick anyones ass. I stole a lot of ideas from the super squat book, especially when I was trianing total body 3 times a week.
