Where should your knees be when doing squats? I thought I was doing mine fairly well, I just wasn't sure if I was going down low enough so I asked for tips from my wrestling coach.
I just grabbed the 45 lb bar and tried waht he told me.
He says the knees should stay back as far as possible, but when I try this even without any weights I fall over. He suggested sissy squats to get used to it, should I follow his advice?
