It hurts them, but I will jusst push through it. anyway. I heard it is because im tall and only way to make it hurt less is to make my feet a little wider than shoulder width and then make my knees go out to the side like in line with my feet instead of straight. is this true?

if it hurts, figure out why it hurts.

squatting hurts your knees and you want to do olympic lifts?

your knees should line up over your toes.

go get someone who knows how to lift to teach you.

Unfortunately there isn't much we can do when we are just told your knees hurt when you squat. We have to see you squat.

just stop posting. you make my head hurt.

Lol don't hold back P-Funk, tell him how you really feel...

I've seen a lot of people start to push their knees in, and even the reverse on occasion. This on the ascent I mean. Your knees should follow the line of your toes, and I usually don't like my knees to really extend at all over my toes. I sink my hips back before I bend my knees. Just me personally though. Wider stances help with this from my experience, but I could be wrong.
