Try fitday.com for a calorie-tracking app. It's a PITA to keep plugging the numbers in but necessary for us ectomorphs. You'll be shocked to learn just how unhelpful your natural appetite is for making your maintenance calorie target, let alone a weight-gain target.
Another great app is calorie counter... the widget looks like a scale with feet on it. It has capability of keeping track of your weight, bodyfat, goals, etc... it also has a barcode scanner for adding supps to your intake. It also has chain restaurant menus that you can log the food, if you eat out. Also, once you have entered a food source it makes it easy to pull that source back up, which comes in handy for show prep diets since most of your food is from a select number of sources.
