im only 15 and iv bein takin stacker 2 for bout 4 days now and im wonderin if u guys think its ok

Oh yes....physiological and psychological dependence, heart irregularites, sleep disorders , loss of appetite, nervousness, diarrhea, irritability.

Definitely doesn't help growth or recovery...changes your hormonal cascade, neural transmitters, etc

how much do you weigh? at this age, you'll probably outgrow alot of your bodyfat, and if there is still more to lose, just EXCERCISE a little more. stay focused on the physical side of this. I was a fat kid and into my teen years, i was actually LANKY, and that was with no stimulants, except the occasional cup of joe in the morning. I still had small love handles, but i wasn't a regular at the gym or anything. so be patient, workout, and don't worry about supplements at your age.

ya but the stuff i have is ephedra free so it wouldent really mess me up or anything would it?

I doubt if it's ephedra free it's going to hurt you but then again I doubt it's going to help you either.Why are you wasting your money on supplements at 15?I'd assume your overweight.Try exercise and a better diet if that's the case and save your money.

naw im not over weight im bout 200lbs tryin to get to 185 and im stuck at 200 iv bein stuck there for awhille so im tryin the fat burners .iv bein on a low fat cal diet and i exercise like everyday
 
o and i got another question,iv got a weight lifting compitition this sunday and my max bench went down like 30 pnds since i havent bein benchin latley and i was wounderin if theres like anything at thatll help me raise my bench by sunday and if there is it doesent have to help me back to 230 just like up past 200
 
Yeah, start benching again. It wont come back in a matter of a few days though.

Why are you trying to get to 185 if your not overweight? If your not overweight, by definition you have no need to lose weight. Overweight does not have to mean that your 400 pounds.
 
its not really me bein overweight its just that im flabby like i have flabby love handles and some flab under my armpits
 
It's all about your diet and training bro.Drop the stacker and focus on what really matters like developing good habits
