started test/dbo cycle .. show some love gents

So if I replace all my good solid whole foods with weight gainer shake with milk and creatine and take some beta alanine with my dbol will I get HUGE like this OP? I heard if Im 23 and 150 lbs and drink a half gallon of cum I will get huge without the Dbol? Is this true? Can someone help me out?

How big are these slices of turkey? Doesn't sound like much. If it's the deli turkey, you need minimum of 6-8 slices for a decent sandwich. 4 strawberries aren't much either. Eat minimum of 10 and a banana. Check out the diet section. I think you should reconsider your diet. Doesn't look ideal for a bulk cycle if you want to put on mass. Use a calorie intake calculator such as Fitday and track your calories. You should be taking in minimum of 3,000 to 3,500 calories on cycle but preferably 4k+ on a bulk cycle. You might as well get the most for your money and do it right. You can always cut later.

ok .. it's actually deli turkey . i take as u mentioned 6-8 but not at the same time . i eat l8-10 daily .

supplement cals 565 + food cals 1628 =2193 more or less

Dude fuck BMR, that shit doesn't work it's an estimate to give people an idea of how much they should eat. My BMR is 2300 calories. I eat 3500, lay on my ass all day and I lose weight. It all depends from person to person. You need to up your calories gradually until you find a point in which you gain weight but not in your stomach. You should have done this before you start any cycle bro. You need to do this asap. Besides unless your laying on your bed 24/7 I doubt that your estimated BMR can be 1793. If you walk, read, type, fart or shit you're burning extra calories that you need to take into account.
 
I just can imagine anyone gaining weight with 2200 calories not even with all the gear in the world.
 
i didnt read all the replys on here but with a test and dbol cycle id imagine that ur goals are to put on size. you need to eat more brother. i commend u on this strict diet but i think personally you need more calories. when im on anything anabolic i find it hard to gain any fat no matter what i eat, but i can tell u u wont gain very much size just eating this. now im not telling u to go eat a gallon of ice cream with a twinkie on top but i would eat more lean protien. ur whole daily meal is like an appetitizer to my breakfast...haha. i could eat a whole chicken coop in a day when im on dbol. good luck.
 
Still man, 2200 calories. I was once 150lbs too and I was eating more than that just to maintain. Even if his metabolism is slow he needs 3000-3500 for a decent bulking cycle.

I concur. I was just reiterating his weight as it won't take as many calories for him to gain than a man that's 200 lbs. To the OP, try to consume 4k+ calories during cycle just to be safe. That diet you posted is well under 3k and you won't see much gains from that. Check out the diet section and good luck.

When was the last time you checked your weight before you got these results ?

The more you want to grow the more you eat.
I cant eat my perfect clean diet ED
So some days i use cheats meals.
This way i still get in all my calories.

Apparently you need to check out a quad stacker or whatever someone said earlier. Of course you would need to wash it down with a diet coke to get the max benefit. Atleast all the fat people do it that way. It seems to be working for them.

Every day should be a cheat day for you. Eat whatever the hell you want. Monitor sodium intake and your blood pressure, more so if you have a history of heart disease in your family. Pay your dues man. You might get a little fat but you will get bigger and built a hell of a lot faster. Then cut back. It isn't permanent.
 
Hey dude! you need atleast 2300 cals to grow on gear man!

Bro normal people need 2300 calories probably just to maintain their weight. A person that trains needs an extra 700 calories at least just to maintain. If he wants to put on weight he needs to eat 500 extra on top of that. Which means in order to grow on gear he needs at least 3500. This is even if he is 150 lbs. I know I'm heavier ( 220 lbs) but I need to eat more because of that... about 4500-5000 calories to put on weight and I only train 2 days on 1 day off. I eat 2300 calories I starve. And I used to be fat when I was a child so I'm not an ectomorph.

3000 is a good start bro, see how much you gain from that according to your metabolism. Unless you have a super slow metabolism I would say you will have to eat a little bit more. Also I recommend you not to stuff yourself with junk food on a regular basis. Unless you want to end up being fat. This would happen if you are not an ectomorph. A lot of guys that eat junk food and don't put on fat are ectomorphs. See what happens, where you put on weight when you eat junk food. It's OK to eat junk food once in a while if your training intensely but using it to increase your caloric intake on a daily basis can be noxious to your health. Take into account cholesterol and blood pressure(which already increases by use of aas).

I use BCAA after workout, n.o expolde before workout .protein powder twice .. shake after workout at the gym ..

I eat about 3 bananas a day with 2 or 3 apples
and i been searching for a good cals sources i found that dates has high cals
each date = 250 . is that right ?
I got my neighbors who imports them from gulf countries . supply me with really nice taste dates .. delicious .. so i eat 4 - 5 a day ..

LOL if your gaining fat is because your diet isn't well balanced. Also check your training. Make sure you workout with enough intensity. If you're putting fat with the few calories you're eating I wouldn't recommend you the quad stack lol. It's better if you increase your calories eating clean. Screw the weight gainers, those aren't for you bro. You need learn how to eat with solid foods before you want to supplement crap to your diet. Anyways Just eat clean, a lot and train hard and you will see good results. Trust me on that one.

I wasn't sure where I was as far as calories but guessed around 4k daily. I've eaten just over 4k the last two days with about 250 grams of protein so my diet appears to be okay. Could be better but at least if you track it and know where you're at, you can make adjustment as you need to in order to achieve the goals you have for the cycle. Good luck bro!

Do you have to log every day on fitday? or is there an option to plan your meals in advance or copy meals from other days? I use dailyburn but I have to pay every month for it. That feature saves me a lot of time.
 
You can put meals in anytime. You can even edit past meals. And it's free.
