Well, im not really new to weight training, but im planning on devoting myself to a 3 month program, and I would just like to make sure im optimizing my time in the gym.

I'm 19, 5'10, 210 lbs and i have a really muscular body type and im looking to get leaner. I plan on going 4 days a week, and doing cardio 5-6 days a week.

My form is good on most exercises, I understand the basic principles, but I know there is alot of things I can be doing to help maximize my time in the gym. Ive read about alternating push pull, drop sets, the power, strength, shock routine but i feel lost... Ive always been the type of person that once someone tells me what to do I can do it lol. I feel like i have this information overload where i hear about all of these techniques and programs and I dont know wich is right for me.

What training splits should I have for a 4 day workout week trying to incorporate every muscle? What type of program should I do? What specific exercises should I incorporate? Should I take a Fat Burner and if so, what are some of the best?

I have alot of questions, and id just like some people who have been in a similar situation to shed some light on what program I should do, or, what I should know to design a program best for me :) Thanks guys

p.s ive read the stickies :thumb:

Anyone wanna help me with a 4 day routine? even if its just what you ghuys do... i feel so lost lol.

Upper/Lower split is good, stick to compound movements, control your fat loss through diet.

Dont go to the gym 5-6 days a week, even just for cardio. Give yourself a break.

Pretty much all of this is covered in the stickies.
