I've bulked to what I feel is my natural peak and I'm now going to start running some gear. I'm 5'11", 205lbs, and roughly a bf of 15% (maybe a bit more). I'm looking to clean bulk, and have no clue on how to diet on gear. I'd like to keep or maybe even drop a little bf during this cycle. I've never had a problem dieting, the only two things I hate to eat are almonds and fish (except tuna). I'd like a diet made from scratch so it will be completely different than my currently redundant day to day diet. I'm awake at 6am, at the gym at 5pm, and in bed around 11pm. I can eat anytime in between those hours. I'm thinking I'll need to be taking in 4500cal/day to bulk at my weight. Please help me build a diet so I can do this the right way. I'll be running Test E @ 500mg/week and Deca @ 250mg/week. My pct is already in order but I won't worry about that at the moment.
